Cannot Send E-mail:
In Outlook Express:
  1. From the "Tools" pull-down menu, select the "Accounts" option.
  2. Double click your account in the list.
  3. Click the "Servers" tab.
  4. Click the check box for "My server requires authentication".
  5. Click the Settings button. Make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is selected.
  6. Click the "Advanced" tab.
  7. Next to "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" you should find a value most likely "25".  Change this value to "5190".
  8. Click OK, then OK again. Click Close.
