In Outlook Express:
-
From the "Tools" pull-down menu, select the "Accounts" option.
- Double click your account in the list.
- Click the "Servers" tab.
- Click the check box for "My server requires authentication".
- Click the Settings button. Make sure "Use same settings as my incoming mail
server" is selected.
- Click the "Advanced" tab.
- Next to "Outgoing mail (SMTP):" you should find a value most likely "25". Change this value to "5190".
- Click OK, then OK again. Click Close.
